Areas of Specialisation
Communication is the key to being effective in all areas of life. All the "themes" relate to how people work with people. We are all experienced at communicating as we do it every day. However, we don’t stand back and analyse the effect we have on others. As the programmes are tailor made, you can see a broad outline of the topics covered in each area.

Organisation's history
The programmes are designed and written by Andrea D. Woolhead. Educated in Great Britain, she has lived and worked on three continents and has over twenty years experience in education, both as a manager and a trainer. "Outspoken" was set up in 1998 in Singapore providing comprehensive communication programmes in an English Language medium for both young students and adults.
