Quake3Test
Recovereable dual boot

The author's venture in Linux.

For the uninitiated, Linux is a variant of the Unix operating system that runs on your home computers. That, it means an alternative OS apart from the default Windows operating system from Microsoft.

As good as it sounds, Linux is no where near to overtaking the Windows due to its ease of use, hardware compatibility issue as well as range of software available....well at least for now.

I'll give a brief account of my attempt on using the Linux operating system in due time....so far I managed to get most of the hardwares working including the soundcard, modem, networkcard & etc. As far as software is concern, I also managed to get on the net  & sending/retrieving emails from my isp. Gaming wise there were not much variety around, I do get myself to play the latest deathmatch Quake3test on the internet.
