Clockworks Omega 1st Battledome Tournament (22 Nov 02)

This page will provide the rules and results of Clockwork's 1st Battledome Tournament. There are no entry fees and no prizes for winners of this tournament. The aim of this tournament is to share knowledge, have fun and increase interaction among guild members. Entrance for the Tournament is now closed. Those who are still interested will be placed on the Waiting List should one of the Battlers opt out of the competition or fail to respond to arrangements for battle.

Council Members and hosehman were excluded from this tournament.

The above Rating is calculated using Hitpoints + Strength + Defence x (% Battles won by Pet). Battlers are then divided into 4 tiers based on their seedings.

Tournament Format

There will be 2 groups of 4. Each battler will play ONE match against each of the other 3 battlers of the SAME group. Scores are awarded based on the % of hitpoints remaining. i.e. (Gibbon beats Albatross with 75/150 hitpoints remaining, Gibbon is awarded 50 points while Albatross is awarded 0 points). Withdrawers automatically gets 0 points while the opponent for that match is awarded 100 points.

After all group matches are played, Winner of Group A will play against Runner up of Group B. Winner of Group B will play against the Runner up of Group A. Winners of this semi finals will progress to the finals while losers will play for the 3rd position.

Tournament Dos

  1. Enable neomail so that others can contact you to arrange for a match. Ensure your mailbox has less than 100 neomails.
  2. Arrange for a time with your opponent to battle.
  3. Record your and your opponent's score for the match and neomail it to fba70161.
  4. Take a screenshot if you do not trust your opponent. It could be used in score disputes.
  5. Should your opponent withdraw, take a screenshot of it.

Tournament Don'ts

  1. Do not use Chia Flour
  2. Do not use Eraser of the Dark Faerie
  3. Do not gloat about victories
