Terms & Conditions The materials on ICS Orientation Online are Confidential Information that shall be kept confidential and shall not be disclosed or given to any third party during and after the expiry or termination of your stay in ICS, without the prior written consent of ICS. This confidentiality obligation shall not apply to information:
(i)	already known or independently obtained by you;
(ii)	publicly known or becomes publicly known through no breach of this terms & conditions; an
(iii)	required to be disclosed pursuant to a lawful order of a court or government agency, provided that you provide ICS with prior written notice and within such time as to allow ICS reasonable opportunity to oppose such disclosure before a court or agency of competent jurisdiction.
